Delpi Decal

Delpi Decal Water Slides from Korea

Delpi Decal Water Slides are an excellent choice for customizing Gundam model kits. These decals offer intricate designs that can enhance the appearance of your models with sharp, detailed graphics. Here’s how to use them effectively:

  1. Preparation: Ensure your Gundam model is clean and free of dust or oils. A smooth surface will help the decals adhere better.

  2. Cutting: Carefully cut out the decals you want to use, leaving a small margin around each design.

  3. Soaking: Immerse the decal in water for about 10-30 seconds until it separates easily from the backing paper.

  4. Applying: Slide the decal onto the desired area of your model using some decal solution such as Mr. Hobby Mark Setter, use Mr. Hobby Mark Softer to adhere to irregular surfaces. Apply decals carefully with tweezers or hobby knife.

    1. GT69 - Mr. Cotton Swab Super Fine, 
    2. GT96 - Mr. Cotton Swab Flat/Triangle or 
    3. GT112 - Mr. Cotton Swab Straight stick Type.

  5. Sealing: For added protection, apply a clear coat or topcoat over the decal once it's fully dry. This helps prevent chipping and enhances the finish.
